Strategi Pemerintah Nagari Dalam Mengimplementasikan Program Nagari Madani di Nagari Balai Gurah Kabupaten Agam

Abstract

This research was carried out by utilizing a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. In selecting respondents, researchers use purposive sampling techniques as a method to determine research informants. In this study, data were collected through three techniques, namely interviews and observation and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers apply the triangulation method technique. Meanwhile, in the process of data analysis, three stages are used, namely data reduction and data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Nagari Madani Program policy was seen from indicators, namely (1) communication. The form of communication is starting from building a communication forum through holding various traditional art activities, religious activities again kesurau. (2) Resources are still lacking in professional GNM coaches and cadres in socializing and running GNM programs in Balai gurah nagari (3) disposition based on its objectives, namely those stated in Agam Regent regulation Number 74 of 2016 concerning guidelines for the implementation of the Nagari Madani Movement. (4). The bureaucratic structure of the GNM program has been running in accordance with regulations, namely from local governments derived from the nagari government. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of professionalism of GNM workers and cadres in socializing and running the GNM program in Balai gurah and the limited funds available in the implementation of the GNM program.
