UPAYA PEMERINTAH KOTA PADANG DALAM MENDUKUNG STRATEGI NASIONAL PERCEPATAN PENCEGAHAN STUNTING

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze various efforts made by the Padang Government in order to reduce stunting prevalence in Padang. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Padang City, Padang City Health Office and Andalas Health Center in East Padang District. Research informants were taken by purposive sampling method with characteristics, regional leaders, health sector leaders, health technical unit leaders and program innovators. Techniques for collecting data through unstructured interviews with several research informants consisting of the Mayor of Padang, the Head of the Padang City Health Office, the Head of the Padang City Health Center, and the Ayo Ceting program innovator at the Andalas Health Center in Padang City. Several decisions were made in reducing the prevalence of stunting including, 1) Decree of the Head of the Andalas Health Center No. 204A / Hc-Andalas / II / 2019 regarding the Andalas Health Center Innovation Program; 2) Decree of the Head of the Padang City Health Office No. 800/1935A/Sekre-General/2019 concerning the Appointment of Andalas Health Center as an Ayo Ceting Public Service Innovation Center; 3) Padang Mayor Regulation Number 64 of 2020 concerning Ayo Ceting Innovation for all First Level Health Facilities in the City of Padang.
