Pengaruh Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Pelaksanaan E-Tilang di Satlantas Kepolisian Resor Kota Bukittinggi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of public perception on the implementation of E-Tilang. This research is processed using quantitative analysis techniques with the method used is descriptive technique. The technique used in sampling is incidental sampling. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin technique formula, then a sample of 100 violators was obtained. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents as data in this study. Likert scale is used as a data measurement tool in this study. In this study, it is known that there is an influence between public perception of the implementation of E-Tilang which has been tested with value, and obtained a small significance value of 0.000 from 0.05 and the percentage contribution of variable X to Y is 19.6%. The results of this study state that public perception has a positive effect on the implementation of E-Tilang, meaning that every occurrence of public perception will increase the assessment of the implementation of E-Tilang. If there is a decrease in public perception, the assessment of the implementation of E-Tilang will decrease.
