The Evaluasi Peran Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Dalam Meningkatkan Investasi Provinsi Sumatera Barat

Abstract

This study intends to determine the Evaluation of Role of the Investment Service and OneStop Integrated Services in Increasing Investment in the Province of West Sumatra. This
research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods; in
determining the informants, researchers used purposive sampling methods, and techniques
for data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and
documentation. Researchers used a method triangulation technique to test the data's validity
for data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The
results showed that evaluating the role of the West Sumatra Province Investment and One-Stop Services Service (DPMPTSP) in increasing investment in West Sumatra Province, there
were three evaluations carried out, namely: (1) Policy Evaluation; (2) Program Evaluation;
(3) Resource Evaluation as for the inhibiting factors, namely the lack of understanding from
applicants or investors regarding onerous licensing requirements and policy regulations.
