PENGARUH INTEGRITAS DAN PENGAWASAN PEGAWAI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PNS PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Abstract

Work productivity is a form of result, especially in terms of quantity. In supporting the increase in work productivity in terms of the integrity of its employees and supervision of employees which is carried out regularly. The existence of problems with work productivity at the Tanah Datar Regency Secretariat is still very low to increase work productivity. This study aims to determine how much integrity and employee supervision have an impact on the work productivity of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Tanah Datar Regency. To achieve the goal, the researcher used data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires using a population of 127 people, and a sample of 113 people. The data is processed using qualitative analysis to determine the impact of employee integrity and supervision on work productivity. From the output of this study, it was observed that there is still a positive impact of employee integrity and supervision on work productivity. It has been tested using the T test where the variables X1 and X2 to Y have a significance value of 0.000, 0.05, and the coefficient of determination (contribution) of the impact of X1 and X2 on Y value of R Square as much as 0.588 which is a variable of integrity and employee supervision has an impact of 58.8% on work productivity in the Regional Secretariat Office of Tanah Datar Regency. Meanwhile, 41.2% of work productivity was determined by different variables which were not examined for research. If the integrity and supervision of employees is high, the work productivity obtained will alsoincrease.
