Abstract

This study aims to describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the nagari government in fostering the younger generation through the innovation and creation hut program of the Kumango Nagari Children in Kenagarian Kumango, Sungai Tarab District, Tanah Datar Regency. This research was conducted in Nagari Kumango, Sungai Tarab District, Tanah Datar Regency. The results showed that the supporting factors for the Nagari government in providing guidance to the younger generation through the innovation and creation hut program of Nagari Kumango children were raw materials that were easily obtained, the availability of land for the implementation of activities, the availability of supporting equipment for program activities and good cooperation between the government. nagari with other elemental institutions. While the inhibiting factors are those who are fostered, especially the younger generation, are more likely to think about the honorarium obtained compared to the knowledge gained in activities, the same marketing business competition with industries that produce the same product so that there are difficulties in marketing, the habits of people who tend to trust chemical fertilizers compared to other industries. organic fertilizers and the lack of awareness of the younger generation about the benefits that will be obtained after they join the program created by the nagari government.
