Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the results of research in the form of efforts made
by the Nagari forum in overcoming obstacles to the effectiveness of the CSR program of PT.
Semen Padang, in Batu Gadang Village, Lubuk Kilangan District, Padang City. Furthermore, the
purpose of this research is to find out what are the efforts to overcome the obstacles that hinder
the effectiveness of the implementation of the CSR program of PT. Padang Cement. Collecting
data carefully through observation, interviews, etc. In the findings of this study, it can be
observed that the effectiveness of the implementation of PT Semen Padang's CSR program has
an impact on the community empowerment process.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian berupa upaya yang
dilakukan forum nagari dalam mengatasi kendala efektifitas program CSR PT. Semen padang, di
Kelurahan Batu Gadang, Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan, Kota Padang. Selanjutnya tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja upaya mengatasi hambatan yang menghambat
efektifitas pelaksanaan program CSR PT. Semen Padang. Mengumpulkan data dengan cermat
melalui observasi, wawancara, dll. Dalam temuan penelitian ini dapat diamati bahwa efektivitas
pelaksanaan programi CSR PT Semen Padang berdampak pada proses pemberdayaan
masyarakat.
