The Management of the City Without Slums (KOTAKU) Program in the Context of Structuring the Pariaman City Settlement Environment is the subject of this study. The goal of this study is to describe the City Without Slums Program's (KOTAKU) administration and the impact of its execution. This study, which was done in Pariaman City, takes a qualitative method through descriptive research. Data were gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation studies; additionally, this research was tested using source triangulation techniques. Informants are identified through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The following processes are examined using management theory: planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting. The findings of this study reveal that while the management of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) is rather functional, several areas, such as the lack of community participation in the program planning process, might be improved. Additionally, there are implications associated with the KOTAKU program's implementation, including enhanced access to infrastructure and supply of basic services.
