Abstract

Satisfaction is a positive response from customers where indicated by things such as feeling happy, fulfilling expectations for performance and service. The purpose of this study is to describe 1) Analyzing the Influence of Interpersonal Roles on Community Satisfaction in Nagari Koto Howk, 2) Analyzing the Influence of The Role of Information on Public Satisfaction In Nagari Koto Howk, 3) Analyzing the Influence of Decision-Making Roles on Community Satisfaction In Nagari Koto Howk, and 4) Analyzing the Influence of The Role of Nagari Managers (Interpersonal, Information, and Decision Ambition) On Community Satisfaction In Nagari Koto  How much. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The study population is the entire community in Kenagarian Koto Howk sampling technique selected with a total sampling of 90 respondents. The instrument used is a angket. Data is analyzed using linear regression tests. Based on the results of the study obtained results 1) The influence of interpersonal role (X1) on community satisfaction (Y) is 10.5% and has a value of 0.001 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, 2) The influence of the role of information (X2) on public satisfaction (Y) is 14.1% and has a value of 0.000 so it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha received this shows significantly less than 0.05,  3) The influence of the role of decision-making (X3) on community satisfaction (Y) is 10.4% and has a value of 0.001 so that it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. 4) The influence of interpersonal roles (X1), information roles (X2), and decision-making roles (X3) simultaneously on community satisfaction (Y) is 13.5% and has a value of 0.001 so it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of variable interpersonal role (X1), information role (X2), and decision-making role (X3) simultaneously on community satisfaction (Y) in Nagari Koto Howk South Coast Regency and the truth of the results of this study can be trusted up to 100%.
