The management of Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUM Nag) is entirely carried out by the village community itself, namely from the village, by the village, and for the village. This model ensures that the entire economic development process is managed locally, utilizing the resources and potential that exist in the village for the welfare of its community. However, it turns out that the aim of establishing BUMnag in each Nagari has still not been implemented well because it is still unable to support the economy of the local Nagari community. Even though this goal has not yet been implemented properly, the implementation of BUMNag in each Nagari is still a top priority for regional governments to improve the community's economy. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and research informants were determined using purposive sampling techniques. The research results show that the Nagari Government basically always pays attention to the implementation of BUMNag to support community income by allocating Nagari funds for BUMNag operations. In this research, several Nagari were the objects of research, namely Nagari Limo Koto, Nagari Sungai Tunu and Nagari Katapiang. The results of the research apparently show that in each Nagari the research is still not going well with the implementation of this BUMNag, because the benefits are still not really felt by the community. In the future, it is hoped that the Nagari Government and the Nagari Community will be serious about running BUMNag so that the benefits can be enjoyed by all levels of society.</p>2024-03-31T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
