The research has the aim of finding out and analyzing the implementation of the policy of the Directorate General of Corrections regarding correctional service standards in the field of visiting prisoners at the Class II A Padang Correctional Institution. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data sources that researchers use come from primary and secondary data that researchers collect using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data analysis method was carried out using MAXQDA software. The research findings show that the implementation of policies that have been carried out by the Directorate General of Corrections is still in the moderately satisfactory category, so there needs to be material improvements and efforts to improve services in the field of visiting prisoners.

Desa merupakan subsistem yang paling rendah dan terendah dari struktur pemerintahan negara, yang paling dekat dengan masyarakat dan secara langsung mempengaruhi kebutuhan sosial dari masyarakat. Maka untuk mengurus kepentingan masyarakat desa setempat dibentuklah suatu lembaga yang berbentuk Badan Usaha Desa (BUMDes/BUMNag). Pendirian BUMNag berpotensi untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya daerah secara efektif, sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, menggerakkan ekonomi nagari, dan menambah pendapatan asli desa. oleh karena itu berfungsi sebagai katalis yang layak untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di tingkat daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji permasalahan yang menghambat kemajuan Badan Usaha Milik Nagari (BUMNag) yang didirikan oleh warga setempat dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Nagari Simawang yang terletak di Kecamatan Rambatan Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Metodologi penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, khususnya menggunakan metodologi deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder sebagai jenis dan sumber informasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metode pengumpulan data, antara lain wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber untuk menilai validitas data. Prosedur analisis data yang digunakan meliputi penggunaan buku harian, transkrip, koding, kategorisasi, identifikasi tema, dan pembuatan memo. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa masalah menghambat pengembangan BUMNag. Alasan tersebut antara lain komitmen manajemen yang kurang dalam membina BUMNag, upaya yang kurang baik dalam mendorong peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat Nagari, dan kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang terampil.

The implementation of the Nagari government in West Sumatra in 2023 still cannot be said to be good overall. There are still many problems that must be resolved by the Nagari government, and this seems like a job that must be completed in 2024. After carrying out research, it turned out that the problems faced by the Nagari government were quite diverse, starting from Nagari-Owned Business Entities that were not yet running to problems that were directly related to the community. This is a challenge that the Nagari government must immediately face in 2024, so that the implementation of the Nagari government will be more optimal and with minimal problems, the benefits felt by the community from the Nagari government's programs will be better. This research was prepared using a qualitative approach. The approach used was qualitative and descriptive methods and research informants were determined using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research show that the Nagari Government always tries to resolve the problems and obstacles that occur in the implementation of Nagari government programs, even though the efforts made have not yet received maximum benefits. In the future, we really hope for assistance from various stakeholders to help the Nagari governments solve these problems, both from higher levels of government and from the academic sector such as universities.

IMPELEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI (BLT) PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN

Indonesia is one of the countries affected socially and economically by the global Covid-19 pandemic which has hit the world since early 2020 (Hidayat, 2021). This condition prompted the government to issue a Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) policy to help people overcome the financial impact of the pandemic. This assistance is given to families who are registered in a predetermined database, such as a Family Card (KK) or verified poor family data. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of BLT Program policies during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Solok Regency. This research is a qualitative research using the Van Meter and Van Horn models as an analytical framework. Primary and secondary data collection is done through interviews, documentation and observation. The informants came from the PMD Social Services, Districts, and Nagari government officials. In conducting data analysis, the Nvivo 12 Pro program was used. The results showed that the implementation of the BLT Program was influenced by several factors, including the bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, disposition, social environment, economy, and politics. The conclusion of the study shows that the BLT is running well and effectively. The recommendations include increasing access to transportation, improving road infrastructure, increasing the aid quota, increasing communication and coordination, digitizing document management, evaluating and routine monitoring.
