Implementasi Perlindungan Kebijakan Pencegahan Kekerasan Terhadap Anak Di SMK Negeri 5 Kota Padang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of protection policies against violence against children in schools in Padang City and the factors that influence it. The background of this research is the high number of physical, emotional and sexual violence as well as bullying of children in schools in Padang City who have not received adequate protection from related agencies and stakeholders. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method and was carried out at SMK N 5 Padang. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of protection policies to prevent violence against children in schools in the city of Padang has not been effective because there are still many victims of violence every year. This study concludes that various policies and programs have not been running effectively and optimally in dealing with acts of violence against children in schools in the city of Padang because the data concludes that there is still a high rate of violence against children every year in the city of Padang.
