Dampak Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dalam Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee productivity in the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota District. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Informant sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique, with a total of 9 informants. Data collection was done through interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data in this research was tested using source triangulation technique. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis indicate that employees help each other in completing tasks without expecting rewards. Employee involvement in organizational activities is active, communication among employees is good, and employee tolerance in work is also quite good. However, there are still some tasks hindered by external factors. Thus, based on several dimensions that have been well implemented, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive impact on employee productivity in the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota District
