Implementasi Pelayanan Pendaftaran Berbasis Online Di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to further understand the implementation of online registration services at the Andalas Community Health Center in Padang City in order to improve the ease of providing health services. This research uses qualitative research methods, which describes the subjects and objects to the facts found. Purposive sampling, or the method of selecting data sources to be interviewed with specific considerations and purposes, is used in the selection of informants in this research. In this research, interviews, observation studies, and document studies are used to obtain data. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is tested by triangulating the sources and then analyzed. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of online registration services at the Andalas Community Health Center in Padang City is not yet running optimally. This is because the theory implementation variables used by George C. Edward III are not yet fulfilled, namely the communication variable, caused by the presence of obstacles that hinder the implementation of online registration services at the Andalas Community Health Center in Padang City, among others is the lack of continuous or periodic provision of socialization and information to the public about what is an online registration service.
