THE SUPERVISORY FUNCTION OF THE SIJUNJUNG REGENCY DPRD ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SIJUNJUNG PERBUP POLICY NUMBER 25 OF 2020

Abstract

This article aims to describe the research findings in the form of the supervisory function of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD to the implementation of the Sijunjung Perbup Policy Number 25 of 2020, the researcher describes how the relationship between the SUPERVISORY FUNCTION of the DPRD and regional devices is related to the application of policy rules. Furthermore, the purpose of the study was to analyze the supervisory function as well as the obstacles and efforts that occurred in the supervisory function of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD on the implementation of the Sijunjung Perbup policy Number 25 of 2020. The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative research that uses purposive sampling informant selection research techniques. Data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation studies. It can be seen that the results of this study show that the supervisory function of the Sijunjung Regency DPRD has an important role in the framework of the implementation of Sijunjung Perbup Number 25 of 2020. Along the way, the supervisory function of the DPRD is faced with several internal and external obstacles such as the lack of interactive communication between the DPRD and other regional devices, human resources, as well as budget transparency, time constraints and the accumulation of work priorities and negative speculation in the community.
