PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN PENGADUAN TINDAK PIDANA BERBENTUK E-SANTIANG DI KEJAKSAAN TINGGI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

This research was motivated by the occurrence of several problems in the Implementation of the E-Santiang Crime Complaint Service Information System Program at the West Sumatra High Court which was seen in the Study parameters at the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, which aimed to determine the implementation of the E-Shape Crime Complaint Service Information System Program. -Santiang at the West Sumatra High Court and the obstacles he faced. This research is a quasi-qualitative research. The results of the study show that the implementation of the E-Santiang Crime Complaint Service Information System Program at the West Sumatra High Court and there are still many obstacles to the implementation of the E-Santiang Crime Complaint Service Information System Program at the West Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office.
